HR Administration

Key responsibilities:

• Administer global salaries: collect information, liaise with various payroll providers, approve pay slips, participate in expense approvals, communicate with employees, and resolve issues.
• Organize training and workshops.
• Update procedures and instructions.
• Provide support in the marketing area: translate materials, order marketing resources, and prepare communications.
• Prepare questionnaires.
• Create PowerPoint presentations.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding preparations.
• Prepare reports and analyses.
• Organize interview meetings.
• Draft job advertisements and publish them.
• Facilitate internal communication.
• Participate in organizing company events.

Requirements:

• Background in administration: Experience in HR, economics, or related fields.
• Proficient in English: Strong speaking and writing skills.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Expertise in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Quick learner: Ability to rapidly adapt to new IT solutions.
• HR or finance knowledge: Familiarity in these areas is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational skills: Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently.
• Engagement and positive attitude: A proactive approach to daily responsibilities.
• Openness to learning: Willingness to develop skills and expand knowledge.
• Proactive and flexible: Readiness to embrace new challenges.
