IT Support Specialist

Key responsibilities:

• First line of user support (Ticket handling);
• Configuration of workstations;
• Diagnosing and solving technical problems with devices, both hardware, network and software-related;
• Configuration of end devices, printers, scanners, mobile devices, etc.;
• ACL-based access management;
• Inventory of IT equipment;
• Creating a knowledge base / instruction for users;
• Support internal department in their applications;
• Additionally knowledge in Azure.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position;
• Knowledge of the configuration and maintenance of laptops, desktop computers, mobile phones;
• Knowledge of Active Directory - user and group support;
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 solutions;
• Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, VLAN networks;
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Knowledge of English at a minimum level of B1 - a necessary condition;
• A valid driving license category B;
• Commitment, responsibility and availability.
