Office Assistant / Management Board Assistant

Key responsibilities:

• Create, format, and manage official documents, reports, and spreadsheets.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure proper organization of both digital and physical files.
• Assist in drafting and proofreading reports, memos, and internal/external communications with a strong emphasis on detail and clarity.
• Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations that adhere to professional standards and align with the company’s brand and visual identity.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and events.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and related tasks such as mail distribution and document scanning.
• Support team members and departments with general administrative duties.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to office operations.
• Suggest improvements in office workflows to enhance efficiency.
• Respond to urgent requests and address administrative challenges promptly.
• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and meet deadlines efficiently.

Requirements:

• Background in administration or a related field.
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Exceptional organizational skills.
• Engaged attitude towards daily tasks with a positive outlook.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a positive, professional demeanor.
• Proactive approach with flexibility to embrace new challenges.
